Clients may create an account using email only. The email must be verified before access is enabled.

Account & password policy
- Client accounts are created and accessed using a verified email address; no client-facing username is required.
- Forgotten passwords are reset through a private email link sent to the email registered on your client account.
- Reset links expire after 6 hours and become unusable after a successful password change.
- New passwords require at least 12 characters with uppercase, lowercase, number and symbol.
- Do not use your birth year, passport/ID number, phone number, company number or email address as a password.
- Client sessions automatically expire; re-authentication may be required for sensitive work.
